Roberts Construction has worked with the church on three separate projects. In Phase I Roberts acted as construction manager to build an approximately 27,000 square foot 1100 seat sanctuary addition connecting to their existing facility. On Phase II Roberts provided design and construction management services for the renovation and reconfiguration of existing facility space into a new Youth Chapel, Sunday school classrooms, and offices and other ancillary space. Design services for Phase III have been provided which will include an expansion of the church’s existing Family Life Center and an expansion to educational spaces.

The Enterprise Center is a 20,000 square foot state of the art business center located in the Valley Oak Technology Complex in Somerset, Kentucky. The six suite facility provides a sophisticated telecommunications infrastructure designed to service the information technology and research and development industries. The facility was built in 2007 utilizing a concrete slab on grade, column and beam structural system, a membrane roof, and a brick and aluminum wall panel system veneer.

Roberts Construction acted as construction manager in the building of the Ward Correll Sports Complex. The project features four youth baseball fields with below grade dug outs, lawn sprinkler systems, and state of the art field lighting. The center of the complex has a two story concrete masonry concessions building which includes restrooms, concessions, storage and a second floor three hundred and sixty degree observation area as well as a covered shelter.

The exterior veneer included concrete masonry units, brick, and a variety of decorative wall panels and copings. [Cosmetology Renovation] This approximately 2,500 square foot project consisted of the renovation of existing campus space for the implementation of the space to be utilized for training the students in the field of cosmetology.
-[Stoner Hall Elevator] The project consisted of the removal of an existing elevator and the installation of a larger capacity elevator as well as structural and mechanical required for the new elevator.
-[Entrance and Parking Expansion] This project consisted of grading work and paving for a new 100 space parking lot as well as new walks and reconfiguration of the main entrance to the Somerset Campus.
-[Restroom/Entry Renovation] This approximately 1,500 square foot renovation project consisted of converting existing space into two new restrooms, a break room, and a new entry way.

Roberts Construction completed this approximately 20,000 square foot project consisting of the extensive demolition and renovation to the portion of the school built in 1963. The project included all new interior finishes as well as new heating and cooling systems and window and door replacement.
- Roberts also performed a refurbishing to the Somerset High School baseball facility. The scope of work included extensive structural and mechanical renovation to the stadium and the construction of a new concessions area, restrooms and a press box.

The cemetery will contain standard burial plots, crypts, columbaria, irrigation systems, roadways, and turf establishment. Also included in this project is an Administration Building, committal shelter and Maintenance Facility. The ground breaking ceremony for the new cemetery is to take place on Friday, September 18, 2009.
